Executive coaching is a series of guided conversations that shift an individual’s understanding, capabilities and behaviour, ultimately helping to unlock their potential and improve performance. In many cases, an effective coaching relationship can be the catalyst for positive and long-term change.
As your coach, my focus is 100% on you, helping to draw out your inner knowledge and awareness to make the best decisions possible, for you. I believe that all individuals have untapped potential, and that the answer lies within the individual, not from outside ‘experts’. An experienced coach supports their clients to find the right answers for themselves, to become armed with greater confidence and motivation to make the changes that will achieve their goals.
I use a number of different approaches to enable change; depending on your goals and personal challenges, these may include positive psychology, transactional analysis, human given needs or stress management, amongst others.
